Nothing2Hide NYC Viral

Shooting wrapped at 2pm yesterday, footage arrived with at 2:30, by 8pm we had a one minute, three camera spot ready for Youtube.

Crazy teamwork by all involved.

Some Awesome French Site Think's Von's Fake Trailer is Real Enough

So some crazy French pop-culture website has embedded Von's Trailer for "The Thing" on one of their posts.

Given that their French and I'm American, I'm going to assume they are completely fluent in English, and are therefore capable of reading the part of the title where it says "COMPLETELY UNOFFICIAL TRAILER." In addition, I'm certain they saw the part of the title that says, "The Following Preview has not been approved by ANYONE WHO MADE THIS FILM."

Knowing they saw that and posted it to their site anyway, I'm sure we're all good here, right? 

Now, given I'm American and therefore not multi-lingual, I have to rely on Google to translate that page for me. I think Google speak French maybe solely fine plenty:

I love John Carpenter's "The Thing" which movie! Is the director of "gender" par excellence science fiction, thriller, horror, fantasy, action and adventure ... his filmography is impressive so it includes an impressive number of reference works. In addition to being talented, John Carpenter has a unique style, an ability to create a very special atmosphere in the course of his stories. MAX LINDER invites us to shiver, March 15 with: Assault, The Thing and In the Mouth of Madness.

I'm pretty sure I agree with this guy, though he got a little too French with "which movie! Is the gender" part. We can still agree that Carpenter is one of the greats, "par excellence science fiction" for sure.

All in all this is pretty awesome, provided no one gets in trouble.
