Ok so hear me out, the “humans are ingestible drugs” trope but it doesn’t dehumanize anyone and it’s all consensual and fun for both sides, the aliens get their high along with a free meal and the humans get a warm tum to sleep in while their energy is drained in safe manner and they both wake up refreshed and well rested.

V/ore trope that we never talk about enough:

Pred under the bed:

The prey can get up in the middle of the night to get a glass of water, and as soon as they put their feet on the floor the pred grabs them by the ankle and drags them under and eats them.

Now the prey could be aware about this if this has happened before and they would have to attempt parkour or The Floor Is Lava just to get on and off their bed without the pred being able to reach them.

Or even better, well the prey is sleeping in the middle of the night the pred can slowly rise out from under the bed and loom over them, and soon enough the pred is stuffed full of the prey and lazily sleeping on their bed, Covering up with their prey's blanket that is a little bit small for them where their feet stick out from under the covers, causing the pred to probably have to curl into a ball just to be able to keep the blanket on them, which would squish the prey a little in the process.

Meanwhile the prey has to confront that anything that falls under their bed will most likely belong to the pred and they can only have that item back at a price.

Pred: ooooh~, you dropped your phone, I can't wait to scroll through your photo gallery, unless you're willing to fight me for it?

Something I think is underrated in vore: Thin/skinny/small preds.

The preds stomach would stick out more when filled with a tiny or two. Others would be able to see the preys faint outline from the outside. You'd be able to see every move that the prey made, with small ripples and bumps moving across the preds tummy. Their belly would hang off of their small frame more, and the pred might need to hold their stomach with a hand so they don't get knocked off balance when they move.

I dunno, I just feel like it's a somewhat underappreciated trope.

Pred: what's wrong with taking up space? I love it when you take up space, It makes me feel less empty.

Prey: figuratively or literally?

Pred: both.

pred sleepily trying to comfort their prey that they're safe well hiccuping in-between words.
