the king is def a glutton and will take the opportunity to fill his belly if it presents itself...unsuspecting prey might get grabbed up and gulped down unexpectedly! he's definitely the type to laze around afterwards too, rubbing his belly and relaxing...overall he's a chill and casual pred
he's also the type for unaware vore if he's gorging himself already...get too close while he's enjoying a royal meal and you'll be a part of it! he might not notice until he's had his fill and feel something wriggly in his stomach, but he'll at least apologize! ...after a nap.
and despite his laziness and greed, should the situation arise he'll step up and protect his prey! he'll swallow them up to keep them out of harm's way and only let them out once he's sure the threat is gone
