No. Colors can often combine effects to do things they can't do on a single spell.

You said Animus of Predation works fine in “casual constructed”. How do you play draft matters cards in constructed? (I hope you didn't just mean playing it as a vanilla creature)

Can I use Gisa and Geralf to cast Spiteful Returned from my graveyard for it's bestow cost?

No.

While Gisa and Geralf allow you to start casting Spiteful Returned from your graveyard, it will become illegally cast as soon as you choose to pay its bestow cost as it stops being a zombie. The game checks again around this point in the casting process to see if the proposed spell is legal, and will stop you from casting it. (You’ll return it to your graveyard and rewind the game to where you started to cast it. You can cast it or another zombie card from your graveyard still.)

On the new card Avacynian Missionaries, what happens if I transform them through the normal method, exile a creature then transform them back using moonmist and sacrifice them, does the exiled creature come back?

Yes, it’s still the same permanent, so the duration of exile will end when it leaves the battlefield.

It’s better to just keep it around, re-equip it, and let it transform again and exile a second creature.
