Why yes. I think that’s quite a very smart solution. I have yet to see a self aware undead rise at any point of time. And if one now so would want to raise, I am sure it wouldn’t be deterred by not having access to it’s own body, and would find one anyway. I can imagine that kind of goal brings on quite a fair bit of determination on a soul.
Or you know they could raise before any safeguarded burials take place, or one could talk to them to see if they want to raise etc etc. There is quite a lot you can do before any ‘safeguards’ need to be implemented.
And if you weren’t a total idiot I can imagine you would assume that they do indeed think of this. Hm?
