Blue Song universe headcanons fandom edition

Here are the fandoms the characters enjoy

Teto is somewhat of a magical girl geek, and loves anything girly, sweet, and cute. Her special interests are stuffed animals, dolls, cartoons, magical girls, and the such. She loves My Little Pony, and knows many indie children’s flicks.

Momo really likes the more sophisticated, romantic kind of shoujo (and also yuri anime/manga) like Maria-Sama ga Miteru, Hana Yori Dango, Kimi ni Todoke, Yagate Kimi ni Naru. She also loves idol anime. She also has an interest in Precure. She once was big into Cardcaptor Sakura.

Saya was really into My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic. She also really loved Ojamajo Doremi and wanted to be a friendly witch because of it.

Uta is a nerd. She likes nerdy things. She probably likes sci-fi? Maybe even mecha? She probably likes the kind of anime that has a lot of geeky merchandise of the characters and all. (Be it something like Gundam or an idol anime or isekai... but she has good taste, so she can differentiate between the fanservice-filled trash from the good ones lol.) But Uta is rather shy and low-key about this interest. That’s why she doesn’t really “nerd out” with Miki about her anime hyperfixations.

Taya likes Cardcaptor Sakura a lot, and has a causal interest in Precure. (Not to the point of obsession, or having watching/knowing tons of info about all the series...)

Ruko’s interests... don’t really match up with mine. They like things like... Ghost in the Shell, I guess. Or Tokyo Ghoul maybe. Or uh... Serial Experiments Lain idk.

Ritsu likes shounen anime mostly but he does have a soft spot for a good shoujo drama once in a while. Ritsu likes titles such as Hunter x Hunter and Yakusoku no Neverland, and yes, Pokemon. He also tends to enjoy fantasy and horror.

Merli pretends to like sophisticated things. She actually really loves magical girl anime, idol anime, and sparkly shoujo anime with cheesy, emotional plots (and cute girls!) Her favorite is Ojamajo Doremi. (She has also cried over thar anime 60 times. Well, it is a pretty long anime with a lot of emotional moments!) When asked, she claims her favorite character is Onpu. It’s actually Doremi. Merli wishes she were cute and cheerful and able to convey her feelings better, like Doremi.

Haku basically likes a mixture of things. But she gravitates mostly to any well-written fantasy, or anything with an engaging plot, really. Haku is also a writer herself. She enjoys reading novels, and prefers manga over anime. Her geekier hyperfixations tend to be idol franchises like Idolmaster and Love Live.
