i dont know if i have any cat activist followers but just wanna put this message out there:
DO NOT SUPPORT PROJECT CAT
(not about Project C.A.T.- a different and good organization protecting tigers and conserving land for them)
these people are just as bad as Peta. They claim their mission is to “alleviate suffering of cats by providing rescue, shelter and humane care” which is a downright lie to cover up the fact that they have killed at least 1,789 cats between January 2011 and September 2016. Which is 11 times greater than the number they have adopted out. About 9 out of 10 cats they come across get euthanized.
This organization is a disgrace to all cat welfare organizations. I worry for the well being of the kitties in their “care.” If you live anywhere near Rochester, NY. and want a cat, I implore you to adopt from them just to ensure the safety of those poor babies. However, they will likely be out of business soon, seeing as they seem to be violating many of the states laws in the way they are running this organization.
