hello hello! i’m lily (20, she/her, pst) and this is my baby sienna. i’m really excited to start plotting and, tomorrow, roleplaying with you guys because you all seem like the loveliest bunch, and i’m super excited to throw sienna out into the world!! she’s a new muse (ofc, since sex education is like, two weeks old and gifs didn’t exist before that) and i’m really loving her already so i hope you all will too!

here’s some information on sienna:

born on november 28th 1996 in london, england. for the first two years of her life she lived in a rather fancy home in kensington, though her parents divorced after that and she moved to living between two homes. 

her mother was very well off in terms of money and status, so whenever she lived with her, she was incredibly spoilt, but whenever she went to live with her dad, he was struggling and that really affected her. 

she has one older brother who ran away from home when she was fourteen and she hasn’t seen him since. she thinks he’s somewhere in america, hence being in viewpoint, but she’s staying here now because she ran out of money to really travel anywhere else and until she earns enough to move on, viewpoint is home. 

(i’ll probably be putting in a wc for her brother soon!!)

honestly, she’s a little afraid to see him again because it’s been so long, so maybe she’s putting it off just a little longer because she’s a bit scared. will she admit that to just anyone, though? no. no way. 

she works as a waitress at rosie’s diner. it’s not her favorite job but hey, it pays the bills and gets her the money she needs to both travel on further and live at the melvin heights trailer park, so it’ll do. 

she can be a bit of an asshole sometimes but she tries to be as nice as possible – except if you’re an asshole to her, then she’s not gonna try and be nice to win your favor. 

when you really get to know her, she’s a sweetheart and a big softie. she’s very sarcastic and can be super sassy sometimes, too. but she still has boundaries up because she doesn’t want what happened to her family and her parents to happen to her. 

looking for her to hang out at night? check gilbert’s pub or the trailer park. she’ll either be in one of them. probably with a bottle of alcohol.

she’ll happily drink with pretty much anyone, if she likes them, that is, but ask her to do drugs with you and she’s out. she’s seen plenty of what that does to people and she’s not about that life. (she does smoke, though, and she’s trying to quit but shit, it’s hard) and she’ll definitely be quietly judging and trying not to because who is she to judge others lives when hers is such a mess?

some of her favorite things include: margaret atwood’s books, classics (like your jane austen, the brontë’s, shakespeare, thomas hardy etc.), old hollywood movies, but she’s also a sucker for action films and the occasional romantic comedy, flowers (particularly daisies and tulips), beer, law and order: svu, cheese toasties, take out and cats.

some friends!! people she can chill with, drinking buddies, people she can talk shit with and people that will, for one reason or another, not bother her like some tend to do.

So he’s a Preacher’s Kid. Or was a Preacher’s Kid who grew up in a small town in Kansas. When he was 13 his father caught Spencer kissing another boy and all hell broke loose.

His parents insisted that Spencer’s “gayness” needed to be reversed. So he started seeing a counselor who brainwashed him into believing that being gay was a choice and a sin of nature.

For a few years he was miserable. He tried to be with girls but hated himself for not feeling the way they felt about him. He beat himself up internally and externally, using his anger to crack his knuckles against mirrors and walls etc.

He was 16 when he met Xavier, a 21 one year old college student taking a break from college who Spencer fell hard for. He coaxed Spencer out of this front he held up and allowed his walls to break free for this man. The two fell in love. It didn’t take long before his father found out about this affair and he immediately kicked Spencer out of the house.

Spencer and Xavier used what little money they had to travel to Viewpoint and to get an apartment together. For awhile, everything was fine and Spencer was happy being free and living his life. Until Xavier realized he was HIV+ He passed away 4 years later and Spencer stood by his side for every second of it. Spencer promised Xavier he’d give life another chance.

It’s a been a year since Xavier’s passing and Spencer is just trying to not spiral. He doesn’t allow himself to become too close to anyone, he works as a barista and believes it’s somehow his fault that Xavier passed, even though Spencer is HIV negative. He believes he’s a burden and is afraid to love anyone in any capacity. He’ll lose himself in drugs, alcohol and meaningless sex but the poor soul feels himself wilting away.

He’s a sweet, passionate, loving and caring boy who has endured a lot. Once you break down his walls, he’ll be one of the best people you can know because when he’s carefree and letting loose, it’s a contagious sight.

Is a total fuck boy at this point. LOVES sex and will flirt with you even if you’re straight.

Basically always drunk at this point, it’s the only way he can not feel and thus the only way he can get through life.

Currently a barista but he keeps getting fired so who knows how long he’ll last there!

deja is originally from california and lives only with her mother.

when she was younger, her mom got really sick and was in and out hospitals frequently.

at aged 10, her mom passed away leaving her all alone since her dad walked out of their lives when her mom was pregnant.

so she moved to maine to live with her aunt and uncle.

ever since she was young, she had an interest for helping people out and began volunteering as a peer group leader at a center.

at the center, she met noelle aka the connection is now filled and promised to write her letters daily once elle was cleared out and ready to leave the help center.

now she goes to the college, majoring in psychology with an emphasis in behavioral. 

she also works as a help hotline worker.

for being someone so helping, she can be a little pessimistic and a bit of a debbie downer.

she is really into activism and all that jazz ; a bit of literally mj from spiderman :’)

otherwise that, she was very caring for those around her.

cismale. 31. he/him. // are my eyes deceiving me, or does reid prescott look strikingly similar to daniel sharman ? he has lived in viewpoint for twenty years, and speaking of reid, when you think of them you should also think of glasses, black converse and old books. rumor has it that he has been known to be very strong-willed and i’m not quite sure if being considerate cancels that out. nonetheless, i’ve heard that the teacher is often seen reading in the park. i’m sure we’ll find out ! 

okay, so here is character number two! sorry it took me forever to write and get this intro up. haven’t been feeling too hot so even doing replies is a struggle with my energy levels, but i’m finally just trying to get all my thoughts on him out, so here you go!

reid was born in aspen, colorado in 1987. he was raised by a single mother and does have a father that he knows about, but he left when reid was two, just after his mother had his younger sister. reid hasn’t spoken to him at all in his life, and his father hasn’t reached out either so he’s more than fine about that. 

as a child, it was just him, his mother and his younger sister. he’s a big momma’s boy and he loves his sister to bits. he’d honestly do anything for the two of them. he’s very, very protective of them and he adores them more than anything. 

growing up, reid was very into books and reading, and he also dabbled in writing. but he was also a very bossy child, even though he could be shy sometimes. he was always telling the other kids what to do and when to do it and it got him into trouble a lot. 

his family moved to viewpoint when he was eleven because his mother wanted to take a job at the local school – and that’s partly where he got his interest in teaching from. 

when he was a teenager, he quietened down a bit. he was still a bit bossy & loud in class sometimes, but certainly not as often as he was when he was younger. his need for attention definitely dimmed down as he got older.

he spent a lot of time in the libraries and the bookstores wherever he could find them – stacks included. it’s why now bookstores and libraries are his safe places. 

he went off to college when he was nineteen and studied teaching – for the younger kids in elementary school. afterwards, he moved back to viewpoint and got a job at the viewpoint public school and started teaching the elementary kids there.

he loves his job so much. he’d never change it for the world and he thinks the fact that he gets to give kids the gift of knowledge is the best job in the world. 

he’s a big softie on the inside. loves people, loves talking, loves getting to know people, and for people he knows really well he’s very protective of them. he always wants the best for the people he cares for. 

it’s not hard for him to care for people, but it’s not particularly easy, either. he does have some trust issues stemming from the fact that his father left the family when he was really too young to remember. 

he still has a bit of that bossiness from when he was a kid, but it’s calmed down a bit now and he tends to be a bit more reserved and quiet – except for when it comes to certain matters, then he’s more opinionated.

basically – big softie, heart of gold, but will not stand for anyones shit.
