As for your question, the short answer would be: nope! 

All you need to do is create a separate blog (not a side-blog!), have a basic app/about page of your character, a link that shows that the blog is affilated with Viale Royale, and submit the blog in as an ask!

Good morning our dear anonymous friend! Thank you so much for your interest in our group. We’d also like to apologize for answering your question late.

To make a long answer short, yes! We speak for everyone when we say we’d welcome a Colress into the group with open arms! We’re also fairly certain that everyone would be down to plot with that former Team Plasma scientist! We know of a certain kid from Unova who would love to see more Unova peeps around — yes, we’re talking about Touya.

uh do you guys accept ash ketchum?

Good morning, our dear friend!

Personally, I would say we would not accept him, given the obvious fact that our favorite anime Pokemon Master isn't a game character himself. But, seeing we love him so much, I would have suggested that you could portray Red — Ash's game counterpart — in such a way. But seeing we already have a Red, I would have than suggested in making him a Trainer Class character — probably that of an Ace Trainer, or something similar.

Of course, I wouldn't have replied without the other Ultra Mods input. After talking it over, we have came to the conclusion to include Ash Ketchum as a single character on our masterlist, for various reasons. The main being that players could receive special Pokemon owned by him through special events.

So, while he isn't a physical game-verse character canonly, he has been mentioned in canon in a couple of games. And because of this, we will be accepting Ash Ketchum into our group.

After talking it over with my fellow Ultra Mods, we have came to the conclusion that it would be acceptable to reserve a character on anonymous as long as you include an active Twitter @ name. If that’s how you’d like us to contact you by, then go right ahead! Reserve a character with your Twitter account!
