it was rare that jack would come visit angel in person , everytime that he did however - it pained her to see the man that was supposed to be her father figure , yet - angel created the illusion that her father was still in there somewhere . or was she finally losing it , was he really looking out for his little girl ( trapped in a cage ) ? perhaps this was what she deserved , after all her mothers death created a heavy burden on her wings ; and jack was not about to let her forget it . ‘ no , i suppose that i will never understand . ’ angel spoke as she swallowed the burning sensation that was growing in the back of her throat.
