You have so many cool interests! What is your stretching routine like?

Haha thanks!My stretching routine nowadays isn’t as intense as it was a few years ago since school eats up most of my time. I always try to stretch for at least an hour and a half every day, but on days I have a little more time to spare, I aim for three hours. I always start off stretching my splits/oversplits first, then I move on to stretching my back, and then I train my handstands and elbowstands. As far as actual stretches go, I mostly just do lots of bridge variations, chest stands, and basic splits/oversplits stretches. I get a lot of my stretches from The Contortionist’s Handbook and other contortionists’ stretching routines that I find on YouTube c:
