Form: example

Just in case, in this post, we will complete a request form.

FIRST DATA: Here you have to complete with the personal data of the buyer (Name, surname, city and country of residence, age, proyect’s name and url). This information is for formalities.

CODES TO BUY: Here you must complete the form with the desing data:

CODE NAME: The name of the request of the list we provide you with. NUMBER OF STAFF MEMBERS: This is for changes in the board. BACKGROUND COLOR: If you can’t decide, you can leave a blank space and explain in the text box below. COLOR RANGE: Same as Background color. If you have the palette of colors, you can use it. IN the text box, you have to describe only what you expect of the design.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Here, you only have to read. If you have a question, you can write to us.

CONTRACT SIGNATURE: You can use your name, it’s just a formality.

How to make a request

There’re simple steps you must follow to do a correct request:

First, you must complete this form. You can find an example in this post.

All the forms must save as a PDF file.

With the complete form, you have to send an email to [email protected] or [email protected]. When we recibe the email, we will inform you how much time we need to design or/and install the skin with the client preferences, that means, with the timeline.

The timeline includes: the spent time to make a sketch of the design (this is to set details with the customer), the list of code to do and an approximate working time.

Once we have the codes to install, we will send you the results. If the client agrees, we proceed with the payment and sending our data. When the payment is complete, we will proceed with the instalation service and fixes in case of any errors in the code.

We will also send the timeline with the real spent time and a satisfaction survey.

IMPORTANT: To enable the installation of a skin, the staff must grant the permission to the master account (/u1). Otherwise, the skin will not have edits in the templete’s codes

Basic changes in a General Code

The general codes, specially the general skins, only allow simple changes and they are:

Colors: the client can change the palette of colors, except for the background color.

Members of the staff and amount of groups: This numbers can be choosed by the client.

Profile fields.

Fonts.

We recommend, read the suggestions after request the changes.

Codes on Sale

In Vrenascodes, we offer different kinds of codes, all of them, previously made by us.

Next, we will detail the types of codes that can be bought. Have in mind that, once the form has been completed, you must fill in Code Name, with the name we provide you with.

All the codes, include an instalation service.

- GENERAL SKINS = 75€

These skins are made by vrenascodes, that means, these skins are not customizable and only allow basic changes, and can be sold in three different forums.

Because we want variety in these skins, we upload them twice a month, and the theme will be changed every month.

Includes:

- Basic HTML codes for topics. - One thousand credits for the forum.

- CUSTOM SKINS = 175€

These skins are only made by request, are exclusive and have a customized attention. All the details the client wants in the skin must be described in the form.

Includes:

- All the necessary HTML codes. - Two thousand credits for the forum.

- PARTICULAR CODES =  25€ each.

Sometimes, the client needs a specific code to complete the skin. In that case, we also offer the particular codes. For example, the profile codes (/u). In these case, the codes of the desing must be designed by themselves, wich indicates, that the client can’t use free skins made by others designers.

These codes include, HTML codes, JAVAs and template editions.

- GENERAL CODES AND OTHERS

There will be times when we will upload particular codes created by us for the clients. The price will change depending on the case.

And, in case that the client needs another code not mentionated before, they’re are going to have to talk with us first. If it’s possible to do it, we will inform them of the price.
