"I don't know how the hell y'convinved me t' do this... " Stray complained, following Sam over to the zipline, his stomach in knots. While he certainly wasn't afraid of heights in a practical sense, the idea of dangling from a thin little rope and careening through the sky towards an invisible target on ground was anything but practical. But this was Samantha, and even after the decade of knowing the woman, he could count on one hand how many time's he's been able to tell her no. "If I die y'have to promise to take care of Vega. He likes his walks in the mornings, and after the sun goes down 'cause his face is all pushed in, 'n he gets hot fast, okay? And he sleeps on the bed, too. Like.. all of the bed. The whole damn thing." Stray held out his hand towards her, little finger up, "promise."
