——— ❝ SHUT UP! You have no idea what you’re doing, ❞
Maybe trying to jump a barbed wire fence wasn’t the best idea on Dan’s part, but it was Chris’ fault for not ( effectively ) grabbing him before he did it. Flesh was torn away in a rough slice, the jagged edges of the wire had punctured a lot more than Dan seemed to be letting on. Then again, over the years he’d become very tolerant to pain.
Chris’ hand, working hard to apply pressure to the worst of it, was useless when partnered with Dan’s vicious squirming while he tried to grab hold of the totally legal substance that was gonna be used here. Despite how stubborn he was being, the smaller had to admit this was getting painful.
Dan gave a defeated whine, slowly lowering to a growl as a messed hand dug into his pocket. Whatever he was planning to use that sheet of metal for was... Not something you’d want to think on too hard. Regardless, he roughly placed it against his partner’s chest, bleeding more than he’d acknowledge at this point.
❝ Take a lighter to this thing, get it red-hot, and put it on there. I’m gonna say this ahead of time — I’m sorry for biting you. ❞
