Wondering if it would be realistically cheaper for me to find a way to go to England for like a day just to do a second hand bookstore tour to buy the maximum amount of book possible, instead of having to order all the books I want to read new or have to wait to find a cheap vinted offer every now and then Having such a stupid niche as "horror books in english" when you're broke and live in France SUCKS
#nekro yapping#I have a grand total of ONE (1) book that I had heard of in a second hand bookstore in english#VSHVUOSHNV#I'm lucky to have a bookstore that sells books in different languages in my city#but it's only brand new books so it gets expensive real quick#vinted is good but the shipping makes it interesting only if the vendor has several books I want#People living in english speaking countries I envy you so fucking much#you can just drop by random second hand bookstores and find cheap books#still even though I live so close to england the cost of going there would still be too much#but I should do this one day
