How do you feel about tagging triggers? Do you tag them? How do you determine what is triggering content and what isn’t?

I think tagging certain triggers is decent. Like for instance I always tag my usfw bc its polite, ppl scroll the dash at work ect. And I tag things like SA mentions, Suicide mentions or ideations bc it's also polite, even though following a character thats in that head space a lot might be a bad idea if you dont have the stability to see it.... just saying. I put them under a read more sometimes too depending on the severity bc tumblr doesnt always block tags bc its trash and some ppl are on mobile. I do that bc I know people like to read my threads when they see them and I don't want to accidentally ruin someones day.
THAT BEING SAID
I will not block things that come standard with following a vampire blog. I wont tag violence, I wont tag blood, I wont even really tag her talking about certain things because that just comes standard with following her blog. I put a disclaimer up, you followed anyway I'm not tagging everything under the sun. Don't follow a vampire if you don't want to see a vampire.
So essentially I will tag some of the BIG stuff that's just polite, but I wont tag stuff thats standard to a show or a character or a species bc you knew what you were following when you clicked follow. Nothing was hidden from you.
