Soooo...I may or may not have just called the cops on my neighbor

So there are about three really pretty vulchers in front of my house feasting on a squirrel(moment of silence for the squirrel). It is the circle of life and i am not to phased by it (for the most part). Anyways, my neighbor comes out of his house shouting at them, which didn't faze them to much so he went inside and came back out with a bee-be gun, or pellet gun or something and stating shooting at them.

one: that has to be some kind of animal cruelty 

two: while he is aiming at them, he is also aiming at my house
