I've used ibispaint to create pride flags; free app and very accessible ^^!!
For the flag itself, you can use colors that you resonate with in regards to your experince probably.
When I created my grey-aego flag though I just tried to combine two flags into one, if you're looking for something more like that :p

I always apperciate credit for my graphics so people can find my accounts which have more editing resources and what not available; but there isn't a lot I can do on my side from my awareness in regards to having people credit me SO I've just like decided to not be pressed about credit for my peace of mind </3
