GLINTS - brainchild of J.M. Lemmens - is born out of a love for language, luscious sentences, and sincere music. Growing up in Belgium (Antwerp) with a British background proved to be a fertile breeding ground for the creation of a sound that combines elements of hip-hop, electronic music, and pop.The project sets out to titillate the senses whilst reinstating the importance of poetic quality in lyrics.
Second release “Sirens” follows up the explosive debut single “Dread”. These tracks head up a forthcoming EP, produced by Jergan Callebaut a.k.a VUURWERK, and released via indie collective Run Tell Secrecy.
Glints has also now joined Toutpartout’s European roster (Beach House, Kurt Vile, Baths, Caribou, Father John Misty, Kiasmos, Timber Timbre).
