I feel like Joris is Charles' favorite assistant who everyone is jealous of in the office. Like he can do wrong and Charles' has him over to the house all the time for like family dinners. They jokingly refer to him as Charles' Work Husband. And all the kids call him uncle Joris regardless of who their parents are because he's just always there. I don't really see him getting involved in like other pack activities but maybe they try setting him up with Arthur.

also the idea of Carlos being like "wait I thought I was your work husband" and Charles is like "no, you're my work side bitch because Joris was there first" cue Carlos being a little bit sad for real lol

I'm the original one who sent the Joris Work husband. I have thought about this a lot too. I just keep imagining a like big work project and Carlos and Joris have to work together. Carlos is just like cold towards him and Joris goes to Charles is like I don't understand why he's being mean, I've tried everything to help him and. Charles has to talk to Carlos and be like stop. The jealousy isn't cute anymore.

Or Joris and Lando are the samish age so they bond over like video games and stuff. Lando being the baby doesn't have a lot of people near by that he can do that with. Carlos doesn't understand any of this stuff and is just like great now I'm being replaced at home too. Then lando is just like shut up, he's clearly not my type.

Offended Carlos is so funny to me in a way 😆 he's so Spanish and dramatic about it, full on soap opera style. Charles tells him to get it together (he does eventually lol)

Daniel and max talk about it, wondering if they should intervene but they decide that Carlos, who is normally very controlled, gets to have big emotions for once.

Meanwhile poor joris is caught in the crossfire lol
