How have i discovered quizlet flashcards just now? Wasn’t into it at first because i wanted physical flashcards but halfway through i thought i’d get tired from writing a lot of words that i have no time to actually study them. So i made some quizlet sets earlier to better categorize korean vocab, studied them immediately, and i’ve been memorizing words better!

hello again!

hi, this was studyanie! :) how are you all? i was on hiatus for several months, and i honestly thought i’d never be back because once uni started i didn’t know if i could handle this blog along with my workload. even now that i logged in again i’m not sure if i could stay for a long time. for now, i’m back! :D

i changed my handle, as well as my given name (for privacy reasons). if you know me from before you can still call me yanie, but please feel free to call me vy from now on!

UPDATES!

i am currently taking psychology as i’ve wanted to, and it’s been fun despite the obvious college struggles!

what i’ve learned: study a major course / major courses in advance on summer break or before the year starts! it’s really, really helpful because once you really discuss it in class it’ll be like you’re just reviewing and it’ll take less stress for you to study the material. :) my intro psych course wasn’t very satisfactory for me but i’m thankful i took a free online course in Coursera during the summer.

another one: health >>> anything else. no compromises. it’s always important to look after yourself.

i just recently started taking korean lessons seriously and i plan to study daily until i reach a level of conversational fluency. i’m very motivated so far and i hope it stays that way.

while i was gone i was also busy getting into taylor swift and BTS. i love them and their music with passion.

ALSO i was so surprised to see that i’ve reached 4k followers even when i was gone??? THANK YOU SM! let’s have fun studying!
