Sun is oblivious but not the kind of oblivious that doesn’t know about romance or sex, he just… doesn’t ever think about it because he’s such a damn workaholic. And he comes off as very dense because he assumes other people don’t think about it either, which ends up as a hilarious misunderstanding on both ends if someone is trying to flirt with him. 

Also he’s demisexual/romantic, so when he sees an attractive person on the street he’s able to recognize them as attractive and even compliment them about it, but isn’t… instantly attracted to them? If that makes sense. Upon meeting someone new his thought process usually goes in one of two directions:

1) What a precious person!!! Shaped like a friend. No harm to the bean, ever. I MUST TAKE CARE OF THEM

2) Meet me in the Denny’s parking lot in ten minutes, asshole. You boutta catch these hands

Sorry this one is late! I was exhausted last night and didn’t really have the energy to finish all the little details this one required. Anywho! A Boginka is a Slavic water spirit or water nymph. I guess they’re also sometimes hags that hang out in the reeds and steal babies? I had to look this one up because I was unfamiliar with the terms given. I got to learn some new stuff and that’s always a good thing! So thank you for the interesting prompt and thank you for your patience as I took forever to do this one yesterday.

Romantic isn't something that either of them really grasps especially in bed, though it's most likely worse with Skadi. Even if she enjoys her partner and company and the sex, it's purely for the pleasures of the flesh™️ rather than any form of actual close intimacy and feelings - which doesn't make her any less passionate and quite rough. Granted that she can get swept up depending on how much a partner manages to entertain and satisfy her, but that won't be an incentive for her to be any nicer but quite the opposite.

It's not exactly easy for Alun to be caught up in romantic sex, but it is very obvious when she does for someone touch-starved as she is, she can get very clingy during it if she's to be truly intimate about it, be with just holding closely, handholding, eye-contact™️ whenever she can manage, and a lot of grabbing and scratching. Like her usual way of showing her feelings, there won't be much said save for nonsensical mumbles, but shown through her tail instead as it coils and binds around their partner, anything to not get separated from them.

14. What do they care deeply about? What kind of loyalties, commitments, moral codes, life philosophies, passions, callings, or spirituality and faith do they have? How do these tend to be expressed?

There isn’t much Chanai cares deeply about. However, there is a significant pattern in how he commits himself to his field of work and those he is familiar with: a sense of wanting to be of use. More often than not, depending on what he is sought out for, it’s somewhat theraputic for the client. That window of post-coital bliss softens the tongue and paves a way to get people talking, to share what weight they’ve been hoarding to themselves. It helps that Chanai is just a mere guest for indulgent escapes that has no prior ties until that moment. Not that he gets on well with all of his clients. Some are a mere once in a moment, every blue moon. Others are more familiar regulars, despite what role is needed from him when sought out for. Whatever the case may be, It has taught him that one can never really understand a person until given the luxury to see things from their point of view  -- until you climb into their thoughts and roam around in it. On one hand, it keeps him in tact with empathy as a consistent reminder. On another, it has expanded his rather tiny circle of those that makes him care about them, and desire to do what he can if it is within his means.

4. - First impression of each other? Was it love at first sight?

This one is so fun to think about honestly. Ahru actually ‘encountered’ Gaius briefly while she was hunting, when he was surveying the land around Baelsar’s Wall many years ago - as in, she saw him at a distance and was plenty grateful to have gotten away. So I wouldn’t say that was love at first sight at all, but she very much had the impression he wasn’t someone she foolishly wanted to engage or encounter.

I imagine the first time Gaius ‘saw’ Ahru was in a blue-tinted photo on some fancy Garlean-tech screen Nero handed him along with a report on this intriguing would-be ‘Eikon-slayer’ shortly after she felled Ifrit. A report filled with as much research and details that Nero and the Frumentarium could dig up on this peculiar, Echo-gifted adventurer that left him with a curious impression.

She had no previous political or military history, no real deep loyalties to any of the City-states prior to stumbling into Ul’dah (and eventually joining the Flames and the Scions). He had her pegged from early on; an adventurer of the realm who fought for the realm, but didn’t seem to have any strong inclination or motivations underneath; in other words, it seemed perfectly acceptable that she might even be swayed to join him in his cause if she could be reasoned with. Again: not love at first sight, but acknowledgment and a pinch of healthy curiosity.

(As the events of ARR progressed, this did shift slightly, at least on Gaius’s end. Though he was focused on (and blinded by) his own ambitions, he did find ‘something’ about her stubborn, willful resistance... alluring? I imagine he was always having Nero/the Frumentarium keep tabs on her, because of course he would, she’s a potential threat. But if everything Nero and Livia say about you in CM/Prae are any indication, I think his focus on her was to an abnormal (for him) degree.)

Re-encountering him in the Burn, Ahru’s thoughts were primarily on Alphinaud, but in retrospect best summed up with:
