healing is an exhausting process that can be ugly, and absolutely miserable at times but you will come out of it a better person. your strength allowed you to endure what you went through, and your strength is allowing you to be here today existing with that trauma, you're definitely strong enough to heal from it if you've made it this far even if it feels like you've made little progress. don't doubt yourself. have some water, take your meds, and tell yourself you're stunning. you got this :)
