The archivist is currently working on a short article about the E.R.A. and W.PA. projects that took place at the Peabody Institute. Here is one example of the the types of projects that took place at the Library. According to John E. Keefe, Librarian, the building was painted; the old stacks were replaced to modern standards; a new catalog case was installed; the catalog was being revised and the fiction books were being reorganized and arranged alphabetically by author, on the shelves among other projects.
