To follow up on the Empurata ask:

Empurata is a medical procedure that hails from an alternative universe's Cybertron that operates under very different rules than yours. Empurata served as a punishment for the worst of the worst criminals, replacing a bot's head and hands with generic replacements; a head with a single optic devoid of a face, and two-digited clamp-like hands.
