So when he sees Artemis too close to Jason, he's like "uh-huh", and kind of kidnaps Jason, and maybe drugs him a bit, and Jason is so high and feels weird, but when he speaks to Tim, Tim assures him that they've been dating for a while, and he's worried about him. Like there's time that happens between all that, Jason actually loses some memories, and completely believes Tim. So when Artemis is around, Jason is super loyal and all to Tim. And one night (because Tim needs professional help), Tim was spying on t hem and when Jason gives the news to Artemis, she answers with something like "Oh finally. You've been in love with him for a long while, I'm glad it worked out." and Tim is like ????!!!
All this time, Tim didn't know that Jason was actually in love with him.

Muse A is 1/3 of their city's eligible bachelorettes, the other two being her sisters. In a sense, she feels constantly outshined by the two, but she doesn't mind. . . until she meets Muse B, a newcomer, and falls head over heels for him. Desperate to get a place on the societal ladder, Muse B entertains Muse A, hoping that dating/marrying her will help him make a name for himself. The plot could circle around their relationship + plot twist when somebody tells Muse A about Muse B's initial intentions when Muse B's feelings have started to become real.
Satisfied (♫)
Muse A has loved Muse B for as long as she can remember. Her pride holds her back from making a move, though, so when her sister develops feelings for Muse B, she watches on from the sidelines. In the beginning, Muse B had seemingly shown interest in Muse A, but Muse A was never quite sure— it's too late now, anyway, since Muse B and Muse A's sister have started dating. Muse A tries her best to move on from Muse B, but the two are around each other so often that it's damn near impossible to.
Wait For It (♫)
Life has never been easy for Muse A. Ever since he was young, he's learned to play it safe. It isn't until he meets Muse B that he find himself throwing away everything he's learned— Muse B is in a long distance relationship that she can't leave/is married, but she still finds herself falling for Muse B nonetheless. Plot could circle on their affair, with the two being constantly conflicted— Muse A with his morals, Muse B with her current relationship— but also being unable to resist each other.
Stay Alive (♫) + That Would Be Enough (♫)
Even before marrying him, Muse A had known that Muse B was ambitious; he was obsessed with his 'legacy', always wanting more than he already had. The nature of Muse B's means are flexible: in the musical, Hamilton is off at war, but for a modern AU, Muse B could be anything— an author, an entrepreneur, a director. Muse A's dedication to his craft puts their marriage on rocks, until Muse B eventually tells him the cause of her stress: she's pregnant.
Dear Theodosia (♫)
This plot can run too ways, and is more of a sequel to some previously mentioned plots. First, veering off from Wait For It: Muse A and Muse B had been in affair, and although they loved each other fiercely, they hadn't expected that Muse B would get pregnant. She went through with the child, giving birth to a daughter that Muse A adored with every fiber of his being the moment she was born. Muse A is intent to raise the child, even if it means doing it on his own; Muse B is still in a relationship, after all, and is torn between her responsibilities and her emotions.
Second, Muse A never really had a father figure in his own life, and had been slightly terrified at the thought of having a child of his own. It isn't until Muse B gives birth to their first son that he finds himself going full-on domestic. This plot has a lot of potential for fluff, building up on the new parents vibe; or angst, based off their fears of failing their child.
Take a Break (♫) + Say No To This (♫)
Muse A is on the brink of achieving his dreams. He's been doing his best to get to the top, but even the best need a break. With his girlfriend/wife gone, he finds himself turning to seductress Muse B in a moment of weakness. He had been in it for the sex— just lust, temporary relief, not love— and had thought that was also Muse B's only intention. That is, until Muse B's boyfriend/husband started bribing him. If Muse A didn't pay up, Muse B's boyfriend/husband would reveal their whole affair, potentially ruining all of Muse A's relationships and his chances at becoming who he'd worked so hard for.
The Reynolds Pamphlet (♫)
In my head, this would be set in Hollywood, but any variations of it could do! Muse A is the doting wife/girlfriend of Muse B, and their relationship seems picture perfect until Muse B posts, for everyone to see, a confession that he had been in an affair. Suddenly, their relationship is the center of attention; papparazi, interviews, etc. Is Muse A vocal about her hurt, or does she internalize the pain? If Muse B tries to make it up to her, will she take him back?
It's Quiet Uptown (♫)
Muse A and Muse B were in a failing marriage, only staying together for their children. In an unfortunate event, their eldest child dies, and the two are left with each other. Definitely an angst-filled plot as the two try to cope with their loss while alternately coming to terms with their initial fall-out, while also having to put on a brave face for the sake of their other kids.
i got a funny idea. what about a story where tim is an omega, dating his beta bf (ber*ard), but he cheats on him with jason (alpha). not because he likes the idea of cheating or anything, but because there's a unbelievable strong attraction between each other, not only because they have chemistry, but also because of the abo dynamics. so idk, maybe even if tim doesn't want to do this of having something with jason, he just can't help it, because this is what his body and mind craves, and time passes and one day dick is like "mm, little timmy jr looks a lot like jay..." and tim just looks at him like !!!!!! and then dick just shrugs it off and continues babysitting his nephew. (ofc dick knows, because he's not dumb, but he wanted to let both know that as the child grows, it looks more like both his biological parents, who still kiss behind curtains)
i've been thinking about an au where jason and tim are adopted brothers (you can add dick and damian for the chaos) by bruce, they get along, live together, they aren't vigilantes, and one day tim comes back home with a boyfriend. jason isn't okay with this, because he has always liked tim in that way, and he also feels kinda hurt, becuse tim never mentioned anything about liking guys-- and hey, they were very, very close, so he suddenly just dropped this to the whole family?
one day when tim's bf is around (because he visits often), jason realizes that that guy isn't treating tim as he deserves. he's disrespectful in little ways, annoying, manipulative. seeing tim with him in the house irritates him. so instead of just threatening the guy in front of tim, or when they are alone, he decides to do something that would benefit both tim and himself.
when said bf forgets that tim had asked him for chips from the store before coming to visit, jason gives two huge bags to tim directly. yes, he might end up eating and sharing them with the bf, but who brought those? jason. when the bf actually brings something but it's not the flavor nor brand tim likes, but no worries, when tim is looking at said thing in his hand, disappointed and wondering if he should eat/drink it (idk, maybe its a candy, use your imagination), jason throws the right brand and flavor at tim without saying a word, just flashing a smile. they go to the movies and they end up watching something that tim didn't like, but the bf wanted, so next day is jason inviting him to go to the movies with him, because he really wants to watch certain movie, and what a surprise, its t he one tim wanted to watch too!! and it just goes like this for a while, until someone mentions that maybe tim should drop the bf and start dating jason instead-- but maybe he says that in front of the bf, casually. (it would be more funny if its jason saying this ig)
and i really don't know where i wanted to go with this idea, or why it has to be them as bros, but you can also remove that and the plot would work... or not? maybe i put them as bros to excuse why jason would be around when the bf doesn't treat tim right. idk.

what if for some reason jason needed to choose between tim and damian to survive (the other one would die ofc), but that version of jason didnt get along with anyone in the batfam at all, and batman is "asking" (demanding) for him to choose damian at the same time he apologizes to tim, because he shouldn't be doing that, choosing between both his "sons", but damian is his blood son!!! but jason ends up choosing tim and while batman curses him and goes crazy because he thinks it was out in spite of him, the real reason (something that jason would never admit) was that he saw the sadness and disappointment in tim and that was so familiar. not to mention that tim is completely alone so
