Ranboo really hates eye contact. Once during a test or on a walk, a new (and reckless) worker was lecturing him about something or other, and got mad that he wouldn't look at him. The worker tried to force him to make eye contact. (two things could happen here)

1. They make eye contact for an extended period of time while the worker rambles. The worker can't break eye contact, and Ranboo appears to be crying. The worker's organs fail spontaneously, and he dies.

2. The worker tries to force Ranboo to make eye contact. When Ranboo doesn't, he grabs his wrist to get his attention. Ranboo instinctively throws him into the wall with enough force to break several of his ribs, and his arm is messed up so badly it almost needs to be amputated.
