"This morning, St. Albert City Council passed a bylaw restricting the sale of the following: Any product that displays a marijuana plant, pipes/bongs, vaporizers, grinders, digital weigh scales, and drug detoxifying products. Minors can't buy 'em - and shop owners can't display 'em in windows. What do you think? Too prohibitive? Good move?"
