Being a HP fan for over a decade provides a good perspective on “successful” leaders and ones that were just not so great. Seeing leaders like Ai, Sayu, Maimi, Captain, and Wada and how they, impo, encouraged their group members to have their own personalities and set themselves apart from each other and not just sit in a leadership position and treat it like they’re the “line leader” and everyone has to follow what I do and not challenge me. I don’t follow the groups as closely as I used to so I can’t say much about the current group leaders but I feel like Mizuki fell under that “line leader” category; and for MM to break from that stagnation they need someone that’s not afraid to break that decade long mentality they’re in. If Erina was staying longer I believe she could have done it. The responsibility still falls on management to help lead groups in a better direction to benefit them
