How do I bring up to my coworkers and/or manager that I am autistic? When asked in applications I select “i don’t wish to answer” so they don’t know I have it. Usually it comes out because I feel like I’m forced to explain some of my behaviors. The place I’m at seems accommodating however I’m worried that if I end up doing this wrong then they will get the wrong impression of me and my intentions. My behaviors are hard to suppress and people around me are giving me looks. I don’t know what to do
