June 28 Today we hiked Wadi Ban Awf. It was supposed to have tons of water and end at a deep pool, but it ended up being bone dry. Although, the canyon provided shade and a breeze, which kept us from dying. The hike was eerie due to the fact the goat limbs, skulls, and fur lined the path, but the scenes were still beautiful and shocking. The canyon was massive. The photos do not do it justice. Try to peep some of the other hikers to see how small they are compared to the rock walls. Even though there was no water, it was still an amazing day trip.
