Shelley Lea Waia’u | she’s mama, girl, hun, shellbell ••• Mom came down with a very rare (usually fatal) blood disease in high school. She asked for a guitar while in the hospital to pass the time. After she was released, gma & gpa had her take a month or so of guitar lessons...enough to get some of the basics down. Then she started toying around with songwriting - with influences like Cat Stevens & James Taylor. She sang in church, then at weddings and on up into college - yep that’s how she met dadio @kaleo.waiau ♥️ eventually they sang all the way back to the Hawaii. #sheshreds @sheshredsmag #waiau #songwriting
