thank you!! it's very soft, i've been doing weekly oil treatments and i use two shampoos (one for cleaning, one for colour retention) and two conditioners (one that i can use too much of to soak it all, one that's sort of a mask), and i never heat style it, it's so soft!!! i love my hair ahhhh, this is the longest it's been since fourth grade and i'm in love
