Waiting for the visa - Day 4 - Pompei
1. Tre train in Naples only display the stop after it was passed ;( I missed that stop, hence not be able to attain a visit to Hercoleum ruin at night ;((( 2. Noisy atmosphere 3. Napoli ang Saigon looks so alike, that same chaotic, noisy streets, so many food stools on either sides of streets, and people seems to be less patient than Northern people ... Or are there some who are better at keeping a poker face than I others... 4. The sfogliettele is so awesome, it's hug and crunchy and just sweet enough. It made me forget all the troubles during the day. It was so awesome ;) 5. The Vietnamese baguette is still better... i found the porchetta is too salty in general. 6. Pompei is really huge. I think more than 5 hours are needed to see all the major sites. 7. More than 2000 years ago, the people in Pompei had built two-story house. 8. So many fountains in Pompei. (However, no amount of water can save Pompei from that active Versuvius) 9. Brothel house was legal in Pompei. The bed are made from rocks, it doesn't look comfortable though. 10. Campania Arte card seems to be a good deal when it allows me to travel across the region on regional train and bus. 11. People here celebrated the day that Mother Teresa of Calculta became a Saint.
