I told the attorney and the highest-ranking paralegal. They said that's just how this particular client jokes around, but that they understood why I was a little upset. Plus I'll tell the cop about it and pique his protective instincts a little. :)

I said I've give the job 6 months. So I'm there for 6 months. In the meantime, I'm exploring my options.

Without giving too many public details, I'll be working in my cousin's law office. I'll actually be using this paralegal education I just earned, hehe.
