What is attractiveness? In reality, what purpose does it serve in terms of a man’s character and how he treats the women in his life? Does a man’s facial features and body type open doors? Does a man’s eye and hair color, show respect through actions and words? Does a man’s height show that he respects his mother and father? Does his smile prove that he is a hard worker and dedicated to his craft? Does his fashion sense prove that he is humble and willing to submit his will to God’s teaching? Does the sound of his voice ensure that he will be a good father and husband?
Come on ladies! We are smarter than this! I WANT to believe that I’m smarter than this…
It’s the same reason certain men have been attracted to me. Without thinking about it in reality, they saw an “attractive” person and then assumed I possessed whatever qualities they are looking for. Not realizing that I have a laundry list of faults and mistakes that I wish I could take back. On paper, without seeing my picture, they would probably overlook me.
