Oooh, now I'm curious! Any chance we'll get to see some of your Wardens/Hawkes/Inquisitors? :D (or are they already linked somewhere on your blog and I'm just too daft to find them?) They sound like a cool bunch (...except for Brolan)!
I don’t think I haven’t posted any pictures or stuff yet, except that Evelyn was my first profile pic I think?
This was my first warden, Saya Cousland and this is basically the only picture I have because the few screenshots I took are kinda lost. After what happend to her family she wanted to save as many people as possible and she was basically the born leader. She talked and people listened and she took decisions and being a Warden very very seriously. Alistair became her best friend and husband and even if he wasn’t really happy about being made king he got kinda used to it because she taught him well.
“Just follow my lead, Alistair.”
Salia Tabris, my second warden, kinda took a while to get used to traveling with humans and being a warden. Even though she got along with all her companions in the end, Zev and Sten were closest to her. She actually recruited Loghain because she thought that killing him would be to merciful. (and she made him complete the ritual so he wouldn’t just die and be remembered a hero. also kinda just because she could). If you tried to mess with her it really wouldn’t go well for you. Like telling her she wasn’t a ‘real’ elf because she wasn’t Dalish? Not a very good idea.
“I didn’t want to marry him anyway” (after finding her dead fiancé)
Alessia Hawke was pretty easygoing except when it came to mages. Even if she and her sister weren’t on the best terms she tried to protect her and every other mage she could. Meeting Anders was basically love at first sight and I don’t think anything or anyone could break them up. She was just pissed that he didn’t tell her about his plan because she was so surprised that she couldn’t think of something cool to say. She always got into trouble and even though she complained about it all the time, her friends knew she was actually loving it.
“One more for me. We’re keeping score, right?”
Evelyn Trevelyan, my first quizzie, sided with the mages because Cassandra told her to and she trusted her with that. She married Cullen in the end but flirted a lot with all kinds of people. She was not really comfortable with making decisions and kinda was a ‘let’s flip a coin?’ - person. Most of the time she had no idea what was going on and made things up as she went. Also, next to Cullen, Dorian and Varric were her closest friends.
“That’s what I do. Fall out of the sky, make bad decisions, and somehow everyone still follows me.”
Elruin Lavellan, the light of my life. Even though he never wanted to be Inquisitor he always tried his best. Before deciding anything he spent night lying awake and fretting. He actually wanted to have mages AND templars as allies but since he went to the templars first… well he was never able to forgive himself for what happend to the mages. Dorian and he were incredibly close and they were even together for a short time before Elruin broke it off, because he felt that he was being a burden for Dorian but only told him the reason years later. He got together with Cassandra because she was always supporting him and knew how to handle him at his worst. Also because he admired her and her strenght and compassion. I really love him a lot and he was basically friends with everyone.
And finally Althea Adaar, who is my quizzie atm. I actually had to play her for a while to kinda get to know her and what kind of person she’s going to be. Right now, she gets along perfectly with Blackwall and Varric and has like a serious crush on Sera even if she tries very hard not to let it show. She also hangs around Josie a lot. Funny enough, she’s probably the most suited to lead the Inquisition. Just recently she sided with the mages because freedom is incredibly important to her (seriously it wasn’t Bull’s best move to try telling her people lived better under the Qun and Tal-Vashoth were all savages…) and even though she cares a lot about her friends, she doesn’t care about people not being happy with her decision. It’s mostly a ‘I have to be able to live with the decisions I make and stand behind them and if you got a problem with that you can fuck right off’-situation with her, so she doesn’t make friends that easily.
“I am a horde of rampaging Qunari.”
