Christopher Walken plays the big bad archangel Gabriel running amok in ‘THE PROPHECY’ (1995). A darkly comic fantasy-horrorish thriller kind of thing. Angels playing chess using humans, if you get me.

‘NICK OF TIME’ (1995) is such an under-rated film! Christopher Walken is in top-form and steals the show from the star, a young, mild-mannered Johnny Depp. One of my favorite Walken films.

In PULP FICTION (1994), Christopher Walken’s iconic tale of the golden watch (and its various watch pockets) is just one reason of many to watch Quentin Tarantino’s arguably best film. That last image is just from me screwing around, playing with a mirrored filter.

Don’t let the title ‘True Romance’ (1993) throw you. Written by Quentin Tarantino, directed by Tony Scott, this is a violent and bloody film. In 1993 Christopher Walken and Glenn Close starred in SKYLARK, the heart-warming sequel to SARAH PLAIN & TALL. Walken is rarely the romantic lead and the loving father in films, which is weird because he does it so well every time he gets the chance. Wanna know more? Walken plays a cop named Decker in the 1991-giallo-with-an-American-twist film 'ALL-AMERICAN MURDER'. In my quest to find the hidden Walken-gems, this was one of the surprises. I'm not saying it's amazing or great cinema, but it is better than it looks, and worth it for the Walken-goodness within. Intrigued?
