Some more kind words about Walker and Jared!
genpadalecki Tonight’s episode was a pinch-me moment! ✨ I got to revel in a dreamy episode that I’ll cherish forever. I can’t thank you all enough for watching and supporting the show. As an actor, this has been such a gift. What a joy to be part of a cast that inspires you to excel, around a crew that always has your back. I’m so grateful to the writers for crafting amazing scenes that gave us the privelege to live their words, to the director who helped us navigate and create a beautiful story collaboratively, and to the producers for believing in us. This has been an absolute dream, and I’m so grateful for this ride. ❤️ #Walker #walkerfamily @thecwwalker
Awe!!! So adorable!
https://tvline.com/news/lindsey-morgan-walker-exit-explained-why-she-left-1235328043/
Interview with Lindsey talking about why she left Walker. And newsflash to the antis: it was a medical issue and not Jared’s fault like y’all have been trying to push since she left. She even said:
“I’m somebody that really pushes themselves and has really high standards, and I never want to let anyone around me down,” she explained. “I felt a little bit like I let Jared [Padalecki] down, or let the show down, and that was the hardest part for me, because it still makes me emotional, which I know is silly, because I was doing what I needed to do to take care of myself, and that’s more important.”
Karma always vindicates Jared, even if it takes a little while.
Yep, it was Lindsey's choice to leave, and I'm glad she recognized she needed to step back instead of pushing herself beyond what her body could handle. She's incredibly lucky to have found herself on a show with such a caring leadership team that let her go gracefully. I hope her health continues to improve.
As for Karma, I wouldn't say that she takes a little while... anyone with a brain could tell from Lindsey's initial announcement, the response from the Walker team, and subsequent interviews where Lindsey's talked about her health, that her leaving had nothing to do with being harassed by Jared or unhappy with the production.
I'm sure Jared-haters will either ignore this latest update (since it doesn't fit their agenda), or the really vile ones will find some way to twist it so they can insist what they claimed wasn't terrible. They're very predictable. Bonus is that they're always proven wrong... which is probably why they're so mad and hateful all the time... Karma always comes through.
I'm sad that Walker is coming to an end, but, boy, am I proud of Jared and the team. Everything has been crafted so beautifully and with so much care, that I'm really looking forward to whatever this talented bunch of people decide to do next.
I'm right there with you! I'm so proud of them! I'm also glad that we had the opportunity to be introduced (or re-introduced) to so many actors throughout the Walker-verse. I'm following careers of actors I'd never heard of before, Justin, Greg, Jeff, Ashley, Kat, Coby, etc. Heck, I'm even following directors, like Larry, to see what they're up to. The Walker Family legacy lives on, and I'm excited to see where we go from here!
