The distressed scream was loud enough to draw Madison's attention away from her work on the shelter they were working on under the bleachers. Clutching the hammer in her hand she ran out into the stadium to see what the problem was. "Why did you scream like that?" She didn't see anything alarming or out of the ordinary - Just her daughter standing there in the middle of the stadium panting and trying to catch her breath. she must be in a dream.  it’s dark, the only thing giving light to her world being a small,  glowing  fire.  one that she will have to put out  soon, lest she be found by others. though, it kind of seems like she already  has.  alicia stands, weapon in hand,   ❝  i know you’re there. ❞  she could hear the leaves crackle, she can feel the overwhelming  energy  of something so  dark.. she has a horrible feeling, and she’s learned that having this feeling is a warning she should definitely heed ; (  read: she’s learned to trust her gut  ).

at this point, she doesn’t think  anything  can phase her. nick’s gone, for all intents and purposes, her soul is  dead. she wants to be alone, away from luciana and strand ; it’s much like the time she needed to learn to live on her own, but this time she has little concern for the safety of others. just  herself.  -- back to the whole ‘she doesn’t think anything can phase her’ bit -- yeah, she was  wrong.  a figure makes its way from the pitch black  darkness  of the woods that once consumed it, and she feels her heart drop to her stomach ; she feels  sick.  she  must be in a dream. because, standing right before her, is  herself. the only difference is that she’s graced with green eyes, and this--  thing-- this thing has nothing but  black  in the place of color.

now,  as far as she knows,  she was never  gifted  with a twin.   ❝  wh-- ❞  she’s  speechless, stood frozen. what does she even say? well... she’s not going to say  anything. maybe it’ll just.... go away.
