I felt super energized today so i went an extra mile over what i usually do and made 6 miles just over 1.5hrs!
Goals would be to have ran this in under an hour, but I'm celebrating small victories.

Havent been able to put then to work as much as I would like to bc of work, school and family. But next month my schedule should lighten up just enough to get back to hitting the pavement.
New walk today. Laid out the blanket and had a great time, relaxing and finishing a bit of homework.
Started off slow, but ended with a total of 7 miles today. Think I'll just head to the track tomorrow.
Got up when it was dark and walked into the light.
A little slow today. I realize i do much better with my cardio when i eat a little snack before heading out.
Planning tomorrow now.
