Since the lockdown on March 15th in Austria, walking has become a ritualistic activity for me, and as I observed also for many other people. In the upcoming weeks I want to collect ‘walking-portraits’ and reflect walking as an activity that on a certain level brings people around the world together, who are experiencing the effects of social or physical distancing. Update: since May 1st, the lockdown measures in Austria have been eased and we are entering the phase of ‘new normality’.
