And we're walking. We'll, currently sitting to catch my breath. Three years ago, it took me a full half hour, and multiple rest breaks, to walk a half mile. Today I hit 1 mile in 22 minutes, 22 seconds. I was really hoping to break under that 22 mark, but I'm not complaining.
