The Darkness
What exactly is The Darkness Walk, you may ask? It is a walk for mental awareness. You dress up in a scary costume, come and walk around the Crossroads Mall In Saint Cloud, MN from 2pm-9pm July 22nd to support the Mental Health Awareness. We are trying to raise money to donate to Minnesota Association of Children’s Mental Health (MACMH). We encourage you to dress up in scary costumes to make a scene, so people ask what we’re doing and we get noticed!! We use the scary costumes not only to get noticed but to also show people how serious mental illness is and what it is like to have a mental illness and hopefully people will take it more seriously.
MACMH’s mission is to promote positive mental health for all infants, children, adolescents and their families.
