The real summary: It started out as a one-off shoot for a toku project of Kyouko, asking Rise to play the villain against Miki’s detective. After the shoot however, a sequel was discussed and Naoto was Kyouko was added to the amateur team of cast and crew. Before long, they decide to invite more people to the project, plotting and casting characters around...
Summary / Pilot Episode / Prequel? / Episode Zero: The Siren was at large, using her sound-based superpowers to steal and commit crime all over the city. The police sends out officer Tomoko Kurosaki to handle the investigation and arrest of the Siren. Events unfold and at the end, Kurosaki got captured. Then escaped. Then blown off a cliff and presumed dead. Her death prompted the formation of a team, using advanced technology in hopes to handle others superpower-related crimes.
Tomoko Kurosaki: Officer who died chasing the Siren. Got blasted by the Siren off a cliff. Current status: KIA. Her death prompt the formation of the team to track down and handle the investigation and arrest of Siren and any other supernatural crime.
Kaori Takuma: Probably oldest of the group. Kurosaki’s mentor. Would be appointed leader but turns it down.

Michie Kouzen: Depressed and feeling like a failure after failed auditions, Michie gets "seduced" by a mysterious man looking for someone with talent.
Siren: A villain with sound-based attacks, including hypnotism by voice. Her powers comes from magic protean drugs, taking one gives you superpowers, and two turns you into a monster. Uses her share of what she steals to have the lifestyle she would've had as an idol - what she feels she deserves.
