On Friday evening the Northrop Grumman Corporation’s “Antares” rocket which was carrying the “Cyngus” spacecraft that was loaded with close to 8,000 pounds of science and supplies was launched into space from NASA Wallops Island Flight Facility in Wallops Island, Virginia on its way to the International Space Station. I was able to see the launch from New Castle, Delaware! Photo 1: You see the orange glow from the horizon shortly after lift off. Photo 2: the orange glow of the rocket curves toward the ISS. Photo 3: The planet Mars super close to the moon and Antares slightly visible down to the right. This was pretty cool to see to say the least! • • • #NASA #nasa🚀 #rocket #wallopsflightfacility #longexposure #longexposurephotography #lightrail #visible #nightphotography #astrophotography #rocketlaunch #northropgrumman #antares #antaresrocket #internationalspacestation #moon #moonlight #moonphotography #landscapephotography #orangeglow #curve #sonyalphagallery #sony2470gm #photographyismypassion #smallbusiness #professionalphotographer #delaware #netde #delawarephotographer #6abcaction (at New Castle Deleware) https://www.instagram.com/p/CF4GTGrDDj2/?igshid=fnvb2xy2b1nv
