This time I made a lake scene
A walnut box possibly made by a lighthouse keeper, 19th century.
The lid depicts a British clipper approaching the pilot, the front a steamship off a coast, the sides French and Dutch sailing ships.
A little late to the party, but not too late to celebrate the game that made me who I am. I love undertale with all my heart, and it’s a part of me that will be with me forever. Thank you, for being there for me.
Another walnut box! This scene is taken from the third Harry Potter book.
This one was also an experiment for how I attach my nuts to the hinges I have.
I was previously using hot glue, but it’s not exactly sturdy. I recently received a dremel as a gift, so I could now make holes for nails. So I tried using nails and epoxy glue instead of hot glue It was pretty much a success. I do think I need clear epoxy though.
A birthday present for one of my best friends, who is OBSESSED with balatro. And additionally, for his birthday, I shall make this post into an advertisement for the game.
Have you heard of this poker based card game called balatro? It’s only 9.99$, and it will not only encourage your gambling addiction to the point of no return, you will also be horrifyingly and romantically attracted to a funny little clown called Jimbo!
Ok that’s enough that’s all he gets
I made another walnut box! This time I made it “little prince” themed.
I genuinely love the result, it’s really cute! (˶˃ ᵕ ˂˶)
I’ve gotten into making miniature stuff in walnut shells, and it’s been super fun!
