This has been left uncoloured for SO LONG (must have been a few months) in my sketchbook, and today I finally got the chance to Colour it. And it was really fun, I missed using my coloured pencils a lot.

Anyway if anyone knows who this transfer student is and why is he constantly bothering Tom and thwarting his plans, it’d be a big help, thanks in advance.
