Breakfast following my morning cardio was this bowl of what I call POWER OATS! This bowl includes #oatmeal, #chiaseeds, #quinoa (precooked), #flaxseed, #walnutflour, #cinnamon in #oatmilk. Topped with #driedcranberries and sweetened with #maplesyrup. This single #bowl is filled with more #nutrients than most typical meals and it had great #flavor! This particular bowl is “overnight oats” because I mixed it last night, added milk a placed it in the fridge in a covered dish until this morning.
