Ingredients: 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts. Salt and black pepper to taste. 1 tablespoon olive oil. 1 teaspoon smoked paprika. 1 cup red grapes, halved. 6 fresh figs, diced. 1/2 cup chopped walnuts. 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped. 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped. 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar. 1 tablespoon honey.
Instructions: Warm up the grill over medium-high heat. Add salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika to the chicken breasts. Put the chicken on the grill and brush it with olive oil. Cook for 6 to 8 minutes on each side, or until it's fully cooked. Put grapes, figs, walnuts, cilantro, red onion, balsamic vinegar, and honey in a bowl. Combine well.
